Article 1 [Purpose)

The purpose of this academy is to provide education in arts (dance, (entrance exam) dance, (entrance exam) acting, (entrance exam) music,

other (entrance exam) literary creation, playwriting, and college counseling.

Article 2 (Name)

This academy is called The Art Center Art Academy.

Article 3 (Location)

This academy is located at 36 Toegye-ro 20-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul.

Article 5 (Teaching Course)

The teaching process of this academy is as follows. (Details attached)

Article 6 (Completion)

  1. Recognition of completion at this academy is determined by considering the number of days of attendance, completion time, and usual grades.
  2. The number of days of attendance and completion hours required for completion shall be more than two-thirds of the completion period and total completion hours stipulated in Article 5.

Article 7 (Closed days)

  1. The closing days of this academy are as follows.
    a. National holidays and public holidays b. Regular holiday c. Opening Anniversary (July 14th)
  2. In addition to the provisions of Paragraph 1, temporary suspension of classes may be made when emergency changes or other special circumstances occur.
  3. Even on days when classes are closed, you can teach when necessary.

Article 8 (Teaching fees, etc.)

  1. This academy's teaching fees are collected within the range of the amount registered with the superintendent.
  2. In principle, among the tuition fees already paid, tuition fees for months that are not attended will be refunded.
  3. However, in accordance with Article 18 of the [Act on Establishment and Operation of Academies] and Article 18, Paragraph 3 of the Enforcement Decree, it will be returned within 5 days from the date of occurrence of the reason.
  4. For those who fall under any of the following items, tuition fees, etc. may be exempted or reduced.
    a. Persons with difficult financial circumstances, such as working youth b. Those who have difficulty paying tuition fees due to natural disasters, etc.
    c. Veterans or their children d. A person with outstanding talent in the relevant teaching subject, etc.

Article 9 (Enforcement Rules)

Details necessary for the implementation of this principle shall be separately determined and implemented.
